Customers cannot return custom-made products because they feel like it, but warranty conditions of Ninety Days to 12 Months may apply, provided that the faulty goods are repaired. However, unlike some international direct suppliers, we are here to help locally within Australia. Rockspoon Industries will service and support local clients and stock parts in Australia that can be repaired or supplied within 72 hrs
CLAIMS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please advise Rockspoon Industries immediately within 24 Hours of receipt of the product. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom-made or made-to-order products, unless such custom-made or made-to-order products are faulty or do not conform to specifications.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS AND SHORTAGES
If you receive a faulty product (or where the product is custom-made and does not conform to specifications), contact Rockspoon Industries.
You will be charged for all freight costs of the products.
Rockspoon Industries will not accept claims for products that have been damaged during, on or after delivery, as the shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer to pre-arrange. For more details, see our FAQ or contact us directly.
